Test 3: Thursday, 23 March 2017

The 3rd test takes place on Thursday, 23 March 2017.
We will practice with a mock test on Wednesday, 15 March 2017.

The test will include mainly Units 4 and 6 from the book (English Plus 1).
To be more precise, this means:

Grammar:

• Present Simple (navadni sedanjik) (+, –, ?)
  
• Present Continuous (opisni sedanjik) (+, –, ?)
  
• Present Simple vs. Continuous (time expressions!)
  
• Past Simple (navadni preteklik):
  - Was, were (verb BE); There was, There were
  - Regular verbs (+, –, ?),
  - Spelling rules (-ed/-d/doubled consonant)
  - Past time expressions
  

Vocabulary:

• Animals, animal behaviour
  
• Endangered animals, the red list, pollution
  
• Jobs
  
• Name words
  

Communication:

• Talking on the phone
  
• Describing wildlife
  
• Talking about the weekend
